Cooling-off period 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers in the United Kingdom have the right to cancel and return their online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel.

  • Once notified, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).

  • A full refund, including the original standard delivery cost, will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s).

Condition of returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain personal items (e.g. face coverings, underlayers) cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return shipping

  • Unless the product is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately. In such cases, Trekhauss will cover the cost of return or offer a replacement/refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email our support team at support@trekhauss.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with the return instructions.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
